Membership and Ambassador Terms

Membership

Membership is free and subject to approval and identity verification. Applying does not automatically activate rewards, commission, wallet access or member pricing.

Rewards and venue credit

Offers apply only to eligible purchases and may have minimum-spend, availability and expiry conditions. The advertised $10 welcome credit becomes eligible after a qualifying $30 purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Ambassador commission

Commission applies only to eligible tickets bought through an approved tracked link. Refunded, disputed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transactions do not earn commission. Commission becomes payable only after event and refund checks.

Payouts

Payout timing, minimum amounts and identity requirements will be shown before an ambassador activates selling. My Place may review suspicious activity and withhold disputed amounts while it investigates.
